Finally, the moment we all anticipated has come! This Thursday we have seen the last audition episode, which was held in St. Louis – the city where American Idol has found Carrie Underworld in 4th season. The city with probably the most weird architecture in United States… Oh, St. Louis! After Wednesday’s somewhat boring and uninteresting episode, American Idol kicked back into the gear with some talented singers. The show is finally seemed good, as it used to be! So let’s get straight to the contestants from St. Louis who really showed their potential.
John Keyser, 22. Student with a sad story about how his parents got divorces and how he was raised by a loving and caring single father. He performed Sam Cooke’s “Change Is Gonna Come”. Judges were blown away by his performance and he received the Golden ticket. Jennifer even said he “is sexy”. Can’t judge his attractiveness, but his voice will definitely take him far!
Next is Ethan Jones. He immediately got attention and sympathy from Tyler, after he mentioned that his dad is currently going through a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Randy also liked this guy, especially when he said that Ethan looked like nothing, until he started singing. He performed with Edwin McCain’s “I’ll Be” and heard all three yesses from the judges. Congratulations on making it to the Hollywood round!
