16 year old Alaina Whitaker auditioned in Dallas singing ‘Stronger’, and was promptly given her ticket to Hollywood.

In Dallas 24 contestants were successful in gaining a ticket to the next stages of American Idol, although thousands more were not! (Italian Opera duetting brother-sister duo - I mean, c’mon people!?!)
