Jessica Brown is a Dallas auditionee, who impressed the judges with her rendition of “I’ll Stand By You”, which was one of the best auditions on the show.

David Archuleta is only 16 years old. What’s more, this isn’t the first time he’s found success on a TV talent show. He was successful in Star Search back at the tender age of 12!

For a minute it looked like the singer might blow her audition by not sounding original enough (though noone could have denied she obviously has talent…). But that all changed when she did a version of Unchained Melody, and simply blew everyone away!
(Good tip to bear in mind if you’re auditioning that – if you’re asked to sing something as “you”, and you’re a girl, then sing a man’s song (and vice versa…))
